I am an integratively trained counsellor, which means that I am able to personalise the style of counselling to suit the individual needs of the client. I offer a professional, non-judgemental, confidential service for clients who need a safe, contained place and dedicated time to work through their issues, difficulties and conflicts.
My approach is warm and understanding. I place an emphasis on genuineness and acceptance, creating a safe space in which a client can talk freely and share with me their distress, worries and concerns without fear of judgement.
For whatever reason you may have turned to counselling, I am here to listen and to support, to explore with you your issues and options and to help you find a way forward.
Starting counselling can be scary and often people find it difficult to take the plunge. A good way to find out whether counselling feels right for you is to call or Email me to set up a free initial 30 minute consultation. At this consultation we can talk about how the process works and what you feel you would like to get out of your counselling sessions. Then, if you are happy to continue, I can book you in for your first 50 minute counselling session.
